Adhere to the circular economy and develop fine phosphorus chemical industry.
summary:Vigorously implement the industrial chain upgrading project. Cultivate leading enterprises in the fine phosphorus chemical industry chain, with these leading enterprises serving as “chain leaders” to attract a group of specialized, sophisticated, and innovative “little giant” fine phosphorus chemical enterprises. Together with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and new-type promotion agencies, spearhead the establishment of upstream and downstream enterprise alliances within the phosphorus chemical industry chain, thereby promoting the integrated development of the fine phosphorus chemical industry chain and forming specialized industrial chains including: a high-end phosphorus-based electronic-grade chemical industry chain; a fine chemical products chain based on phosphorus-silicon compounds; a new materials and fluorine-containing chemicals chain; a new energy materials chain; and a chain for producing novel wall materials from phosphogypsum and phosphorus slag solid waste.
Vigorously implement the industrial chain upgrading project. Cultivate leading enterprises in the fine phosphorus chemical industry chain, with these leading enterprises serving as “chain leaders” to attract a group of specialized, sophisticated, and innovative “little giant” fine phosphorus chemical enterprises. Together with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and new-type promotion agencies, initiate the establishment of upstream and downstream enterprise alliances within the phosphorus chemical industry chain, thereby promoting the integrated development of the fine phosphorus chemical industry chain. This will give rise to high-end phosphorus-based electronic-grade chemical product chains, phosphosilicate-based fine chemical product chains, fluorine-based new material and fluorine-containing chemical product chains, new energy material chains, and chains for producing novel wall materials from phosphogypsum and phosphorus slag solid waste.
In response to the critical core technology needs of the fine phosphate chemical industry chain, the government will take the lead in supporting leading enterprises in the fine phosphate chemical industry chain to establish national- and provincial-level industrial innovation centers, technology innovation centers, and manufacturing innovation centers. Through mechanisms such as the "challenge-based funding" approach, we will encourage these leading enterprises to spearhead industrial breakthroughs in key “bottleneck” technologies that constrain the development of critical industrial chains. We will master technologies including supergravity technology, membrane process coupling technology, microchemical technology, magnetically stabilized bed technology, and supercritical fluid technology, and develop high-efficiency solid precious-metal catalysts, novel membrane separation materials, new photocatalysts, electronic-grade phosphorus chemicals, and etching solutions. Additionally, we will advance the development of key chemical technologies such as using phosphogypsum to produce new energy-saving and environmentally friendly building materials, new phosphogypsum brick manufacturing processes, phosphogypsum-derived cement retarders, phosphogypsum-to-ammonium sulfate conversion, production of microcrystalline glass from yellow phosphorus slag, and purification of yellow phosphorus tail gas to produce carbon-one chemicals (formic acid, sodium formate, formamide, and ethylene glycol).

What is mechanical manufacturing? The nature of the mechanical manufacturing industry.
The mechanical manufacturing industry comprises seven detailed sub-sectors, three of which produce machinery for specific industries—known as specialized machinery: agricultural machinery manufacturing, construction and mining machinery manufacturing, industrial machinery manufacturing, and machinery manufacturing for commercial and service sectors.

Characteristics of the machinery industry
At this stage, many machinery and equipment industries are familiar only with bid-ranking-based promotion methods and have very little understanding of other promotional approaches. Since bid-ranking promotion comes with high costs, coupled with the rapid rise in labor costs for businesses, companies’ promotional expenses continue to soar.

Current Status and Development Trends of the Mechanical Equipment Industry
The machinery industry is a typical example of discrete manufacturing, characterized by multi-variety, small-batch production. It features a wide variety of products that are complex in design, and the production process is subject to numerous uncertainties. Emergency orders and equipment failures frequently occur, leading to changes in production schedules. The manufacturing process itself is intricate, with many unpredictable factors at play. Relying solely on experience-based scheduling cannot ensure coordination throughout the entire production process, making process control challenging and management particularly difficult.
